Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Eral Auto.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Politica de Retur și Rambursare

Vă mulțumim pentru cumpărături la Eral Auto.

Dacă nu sunteți în totalitate mulțumit de achiziția dumneavoastră, suntem aici să vă ajutăm.

Retururi:

Aveți la dispoziție 14 zile pentru a returna un articol, începând de la data la care l-ați primit.

Pentru a fi eligibil pentru un retur, articolul dumneavoastră trebuie să fie nefolosit și în aceeași stare în care l-ați primit.

Articolul dumneavoastră trebuie să fie în ambalajul original.

Articolul dumneavoastră trebuie să aibă chitanța sau dovada de cumpărare.

Rambursări (Restituirea banilor):

Imediat ce primim articolul returnat, îl vom inspecta și vă vom notifica cu privire la primirea acestuia. Vă vom notifica imediat cu privire la statutul rambursării, după inspectarea articolului.

Dacă returul dumneavoastră este aprobat, vom iniția o rambursare pe cardul dumneavoastră de credit (sau prin metoda originală de plată).

Veți primi creditul în decursul unui anumit număr de zile, în funcție de politicile emitentului cardului dumneavoastră.

Livrare (Costuri de Transport):

Veți fi responsabil pentru plata propriilor costuri de transport pentru returnarea articolului. Costurile de transport sunt nerambursabile.

Dacă primiți o rambursare, costul transportului de retur va fi dedus din suma rambursată
